MathHog Tutors will be hosting an Geometry Virtual Summer Math Camp online using Zoom. Ms. Moore, a highly effective teacher, will instruct the class. Geometry is the second required math course you will be challenged with after Algebra 1. If you’re looking to get a head start this summer in geoemtry, this camp is for you. This camp will help students develop a geometry mindset, which requires students to use the right and left side of their brains. Geometry focuses on spatial reasoning, knowing facts, using logic to express relationships, and establishing what things are true. Students completing geometry camp will leave with a higher level of knowledge, confidence and understanding of geometry.
Students will also be given daily assignments to reinforce content learned during sessions.
Campers will receive a Zoom link for the entire camp a day before.
